These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajeer ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available through the bajeer platform, accessible at bajeer.org.

By creating an account on bajeer, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any part of the bajeer platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bajeer platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bajeer's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bajeer, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bajeer strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any commercial or professional entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the bajeer platform for any reason.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any person employed by or associated with bajeer or any of its affiliated technology or service providers.

bajeer reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above eligibility criteria are not being met. Such decisions are made at bajeer's sole discretion.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the bajeer platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account on bajeer, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajeer Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bajeer will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify bajeer immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use a username that impersonates another person, uses offensive language, or violates any intellectual property rights.
• Account information may be updated at any time via your bajeer account dashboard, subject to identity verification requirements.

bajeer reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

bajeer supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, SureCash, and Tap. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and settled at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on bajeer is ৳200. Deposits are generally processed in real time, subject to the operational hours and processing policies of the relevant payment provider. bajeer does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks before processing. Processing times vary by payment method and VIP tier:

• Silver & Gold tier members: Withdrawals processed within 24–48 hours.
• Diamond tier members: Same-day withdrawals (within 12 hours).
• Black Onyx Elite members: Priority instant withdrawal processing.

bajeer reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method ownership verification. All funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

bajeer does not accept payments from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the bajeer account holder. Any deposit from an unverified or third-party account may be rejected and returned.

bajeer offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotional term and these general Terms, the promotional term shall prevail for the specific promotion in question.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general conditions apply to all bajeer bonuses:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bajeer reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and carry no cash value until all wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or irregular betting patterns — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses issued in error, where bajeer's systems have malfunctioned or where an administrative mistake has occurred, may be reclaimed by bajeer at any time.

All bets placed and games played on the bajeer platform are subject to the rules of the relevant game or betting market, as published within the game interface or sportsbook market page. bajeer acts as the interface through which third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) deliver their certified game content.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical results observed in real time under controlled studio conditions. bajeer does not manipulate game outcomes and all games operate with independently certified Return to Player (RTP) rates.

• Bets are final once confirmed. bajeer does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where a game or market is declared void by bajeer due to a technical error or data integrity issue.
• In the event of a disputed bet or game result, bajeer's records shall constitute the primary evidence of what transpired. Players may submit a formal dispute via [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event.
• bajeer reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at incorrect odds or pricing due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's bajeer balance.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout caps apply to individual games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajeer platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or facilitating the registration of accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with bajeer's games, sportsbook, or platform interface.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or software vulnerabilities within the bajeer platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Using the bajeer platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract any content, data, or software from the bajeer platform.
• Facilitating access to the bajeer platform by any person who is under the age of 18 or who is otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajeer platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bajeer content without our express prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajeer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bajeer platform or any of its services.

bajeer makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The bajeer platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform, for which bajeer accepts no liability.

In no event shall bajeer's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajeer collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bajeer platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

bajeer employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

bajeer reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bajeer will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active players via their registered contact details.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bajeer platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
